The Rice Lake skiff is a mild-mannered wee boat, perfect for fishing or sight-seeing on smaller waters. Mind you, she's a beamy craft (48" beam, 13' 9" length), and will accept heavier going with good grace due to the sweet bilge curve. Plenty of space for three adults. Bear in mind that this boat was designed before the advent of power motors. A suggestion might be to move the stern seat forward 15 or 16 inches to allow room to swing a tiller if you wish to employ gas or electric power. Otherwise, row away to your heart's content. The Rice Lake is very happy to be rowed, and she'll do pretty much what you ask of her. A lovely, agreeable cottage boat.
